Sketch Restart

Description:

The Sketch Restart command is designed for use when a set of segments is required to get to the location at which you actually want to start the sketch. When this command is executed it will clear the sketch except for the last point allowing the user to restart the sketch at that location.

How to use:
  1. In the Customize dialog, click on 'Add from file' and select this sample's dll.
  2. Under the Commands tab of the Customize dialog, select the "Restart at last point" command from the 'Developer Samples' category, and drag it on to the Sketch Tool Context menu. Dismiss the Customize dialog.
  3. Begin editing and set your target layer to a line or polygon layer.
  4. Begin sketching. After adding one or more segments, select the "Restart at last point" option from the Sketch Tool Context menu.
