Export Tool

This sample implements the ICommand and ITool interfaces and is intended to be used within the ArcMap application. The user drags a rectangle on the screen, and then that rectangle is exported to a JPEG file.

How to use:
  1. Open the sample, and compile it to make this sample's dll.
  2. In ArcMap, bring up the Customize dialog.
  3. For the Visual Basic 6 sample, click on Add from file and select the dll you just made.
  4. Under the Commands tab, select the Export command from the Developer Samples category, and drag it on to a toolbar. Dismiss the Customize dialog.
  5. Click on the tool, and start using it.
